We take pride in the craftsmanship of our Japanese cutlery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your knife does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original wooden box or protective sleeve and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with ample padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our bladesmiths verify the tool is in pristine, resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
