How should I maintain and sharpen my Japanese knife?
We recommend using whetstones for sharpening. Avoid pull-through sharpeners or honing steels, as they can damage the hard, thin edges characteristic of Japanese steel. Always hand wash and dry immediately.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL and FedEx. Most international orders arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.
What is the difference between Stainless and High-Carbon steel?
High-carbon steel (like Blue or White Steel) holds a sharper edge longer but requires careful drying to prevent rust. Stainless steel is more stain-resistant and easier to maintain for beginners.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, chipping due to misuse, or damage from dishwasher use.
